Applying and getting an Australian Partner / Spouse visa could be a straight forward process if you apply accurately with all relevant documents that will meet legislative requirements. Conversely, it could be a nightmare if your Partner visa application is invalid or you have lodged an application with incorrect documents. So, care should be taken when making a valid partner visa application.
